This marketing professional had been looking for a role that allowed her flexibility as she is a working mother, living over an hour away from Tokyo. And it paid off this week (our first week in our new office!).
Nick's customer service did not end with the candidate. His client came to him looking for help and Nick did not "spam" the client with lots of irrelevant profiles, he knew which candidate would be right for the role, and he knew the role would be right for his candidate. So he worked until he made it happen.
