Team size: 3-5 staff in the accounting/finance team
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: 5M-8M JPY/Year (depending on the experience)
[Responsibilities]
Overall accounting and financial reporting functions.
Accounting & financial reporting (incl. data entry and database management)
AR, AP, expenditure, payroll, tax and other operational management with counterparts
Finance compliance and corporate governance (internal audit and SOX)
[Requirements]
Over 3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
Strong business writing/reading and clear conversation in English
Honest and frank communication and logical thinking skill
Team-oriented/co-operational worker
Result-oriented and drives innovation and growth by continuous improvement.
