Position: Business Controller, managing significant/large business unit
Location: Kanagawa
Start: ASAP
Team: Stand-alone
Reporting: Business Unit Director & Regional Manager
Reason: Replacement
Salary: 6-11M JPY/annum
Responsibilities:
Managing controllership of the business unit: full financial accounting to reporting, FP&A, cost analysis, pricing, KPI analysis, process improvement
Manage different sites of the business unit (will require traveling within Japan)
Manage business planning in accordance with the regional strategy
