[Responsibilities]
Prepare and analyze a weekly/monthly KPI and sales report
Define and manage a seasonal, monthly and weekly product delivery plan in order to maximize efficient delivery to sales flow
Lead the team in negotiations and event`s/promotions
Collect feedback from the Digital team on a regular basis in order to manage a briefing, product planning and requests
Lead the team and actively optimize product placement and propose new merchandise strategies to engage the consumer and grow profitable sales
[Requirements]
Over 5 years of experience in a similar position
Strong communication skills
Experience working for the retail fashion industry
