Position Name: Procurement Assistant
Employment type: Temp (2 months initial contract, 3 month renewal extension)
Report to: Order Manager
Rate: 1500-1800 JPY/hr
RFH: temp staff leaving for personal sick reasons
Work: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, OT is 15-20 hr/ month
MUST HAVE:
-good communication skill
-order management experience
TASKS:
-receive order from faxes and call customers to confirm order is received
-send reports and notify warehouse in Ota-ku about shipment orders
-filing materials
