About This Position

We are looking for a Digital Manager for a luxury brand in Japan. As the Digital Manager, you will be responsible for driving the B2C e-commerce sales of our luxury brand in Japan.

You will oversee the performance of our Japan EC site, third-party marketplaces, and digital marketing activities. Reporting directly to the President of Japan, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience and make data-driven decisions.


  • Manage Japan EC business, including the official site and third-party marketplaces.
  • Analyze customer data, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute online marketing strategies.
  • Lead new digital initiatives for performance improvement.
  • Manage daily online marketing activities (SEM, SEO, social media).
  • Optimize omnichannel approach with the retail team.
  • Maintain sales reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Participate in global e-commerce meetings/calls.
  • Conduct cyber-fraud prevention and order reviews.
  • Manage EC site operations, including content updates, order fulfillment, and merchandising.


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce/digital marketing P&L management.
  • Over 5 years of e-commerce experience with local and global teams.
  • Advanced web analytics knowledge.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese.
  • Experience in SEM, SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
  • Basic HTML knowledge preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud preferred.
  • Experience in the luxury/fashion industry preferred.

*Native level of Japanese or N1 and experience working in Japan. Business English required.
