Our client is a renowned European company specialized in the production of high-quality spirits and liqueurs.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management and Strategy:

  • Take ownership of regional brand Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility, focusing on short-term brand plans.

  • Lead and implement local brand strategies, with a client-centric approach.

  • Analyze emerging market trends and identify business opportunities.

  • Profile target clients and gather market insights.

  • Establish performance metrics in line with marketing objectives.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute brand plans across various channels, emphasizing client preferences.

  • Create marketing campaigns spanning offline, digital, and social media platforms.

  • Oversee and nurture the local brand ambassador, trade marketing executive, and brand manager(s).

Budget Management:

  • Define, monitor, and evaluate advertising and promotional (A&P) budget allocation per brand and project against key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Manage and review budget allocations and expenses, encompassing travel and entertainment costs (T&E) and fixed trade terms (FTT).


  • Fluency in both Japanese and English.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent from a 4-year university.

  • A minimum of 8 years' marketing experience in FMCG/lifestyle/luxury sectors.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Japanese market, PR, and media landscape.

  • Proven track record in crafting strategic brand plans and successfully influencing market implementation.

  • Proficiency in brand Profit and Loss (P&L), budget management, and team leadership.

  • Skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, as well as familiarity with various social media platforms.

  • Strong business acumen, initiative, and ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.

  • Innovative, energetic, collaborative, and adaptable team leader.

  • Proactive team player with a growth mindset, committed to developing people and taking on new challenges.
