ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monthly, Quarterly and Annual closing: Work with multiple outsourcing vendors using OBIC 7 and Excel spreadsheet
Co-work with the Senior Manager in the following areas
Financial Statement reporting review (monthly/quarterly, JGAAP/USGAAP)
Budgeting (quarterly/annually) and Variance Analysis (monthly)
Accounts Payable (check/verify invoices, payment instructions) and Accounts Receivable
Cash Management (monthly)
Internal expenses – approve using TOKIUM
Accounting analysis for new/ad-hoc transactions
Review of tax filing documents
More than 5 years of accounting or financial audit experience
Business Level English: Reading/Listening/Writing/Speaking
Business/ Native Level Japanese
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
Around 3 years of SPC accounting experience is highly preferred
Working experience in Big 4 accounting firms or equivalent is highly preferred
JCPA or J Tax Accountant is preferred
Why you should apply?
