[Responsibilities]

  • 東日本エリアと協力して、オンプレミス(プレステージアカウント部門)の販売数量、売上金額、利益それぞれの予算を達成する。Responsible for the achievement of budgeted volume, sales revenue and profit of on-premise (Prestige Account), co-working with East Japan region.
  • 販売予測の立案と管理。Sales forecast development and execution.
  • プレステージアカウント顧客の担当者との関係を構築し、日常のビジネスコミュニケーションを円滑に行う。Build excellent relationship with Prestige Account clients and manage/strengthen daily communication.
  • 業務用市場特にプレステージアカウントでのプロモーションとイベントを企画・運営して販売増につなげること。Plan and implement promotions/events to grow sales.
  • 社内のマーケティングチームやブランドアンバサダーとの協業により、ブランド認知向上に貢献する。Develop brand awareness co-working with the marketing team and brand ambassadors.

[Requirements]

  • 5年以上の営業経験。Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.
  • 2年以上のマネージャー業務。2 years of managerial roll experience.
  • 優れた行動力とコミュニケーション能力。With autonomy, initiative, creative and team player mindset.
  • 日本語、英語でのコミュニケーション能力。Communication skills in Japanese and English.
