A respectable and profitable multinational food packaging company is hiring for their supply chain department
•Required to respond to customer inquiries, process, pick and package customer orders, raise documentation i.e. invoice, export shipping and courier manifest
•Send order confirmations to customers within 24 hours (when a confirmed shipping date cannot be provided an order acknowledgement is to be sent. Shipping dates to be provided when available)
•You will be expected to expedite orders, monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and provide KPIs when requested
• Work closely with outsourced warehouse
•Act as a bridge between the sales team and customers
•Load orders into the ERP data base system and liaise with clients, logistics & projects staff to clarify order requirements, as necessary, and create folders for each customer order, updating amendments and project order management
•Assist with packing and crating of equipment and spare parts when required
•Must have a high standard of communication skills to support the Sales Team in providing a good customer relationship management.
•Bilingual: Native Japanese and English language proficiency, written and verbal
•Able to problem solve & make decisions in line with organisational philosophies and practices
•Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
•Computer literacy in MS Word & Excel
