[Responsibilities]
Annual Budgeting and forecasting for every department of the firm
Communicate with different Head of departments in Japan Office and support to Finance Director in US HQ to plan business for Japan Market
Operations interface with product & service cost alignments
P&L financial management and reporting
Adhoc analytics as required to support the business
Results reporting
Provide financial guidance and oversight
[Requirements]
Over 5 years experience in a similar position
Strong FP&A experience
Experienced as stand-alone position
Bilingual Japanese and Business English
