[Responsibilities]
- Controllership: accounting to reporting to shareholders and management (closing, financial report, taxation, credit management, risk management, internal control, US GAAP/JGAAP)
- Report: work with CFO to manage country P&L/budget/forecast etc.
- People Management: performance management & development of talent; supervise and oversee general accounting operations
[Requirements]
- Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
- Strong background in accounting, FP&A
and internal control - Flexible attitude able to work in a dynamic environment
