- 国内 HR 関連プロセス・サービスの実行・取り纏め
- Performance Management の運用管理
- On-boarding Program 運営(入社オリエンテーション、フォロー面談含む) ・メンター制度の運営
- 業績表彰制度運営
- グローバル HR のプロジェクトの日本導入に向けた調整、レビュー、国内展開 ・グローバル HRIS の運用(SAP/Success Factors)
- HR 関連でのラインマネージャーのサポート(英語翻訳含む)
[Requirements]
- 人事オペレーションの経験(Talent Development, Labor management, Compensation)
- プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
- チェンジマネジメントの経験(M&A 等によるイニシエーション等)
- ピープルマネジメントの経験(コーチングの実践、目標管理)
- 国内労働法に関する知識
- 英語力(ビジネス使用経験)
