Our client one of the major manufacturers of mechanical and gas seal and associated product originally from Europe has opened a new position for Recruiter role in Tokyo, Japan. The candidate must be bilingual and have strong experience in recruitment before.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to write job ads for current openings
- Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards
- Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)
- Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
- Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews
- Report to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positions
- Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
- Help new hires onboard
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter minimum of 3 years or more
- Good to have other functional experience in HR
- Native Japanese, Business English
- Critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
