[Responsibilities]
Identify target assortment and sku counts across all footwear zones to maximize commercial opportunity
Analyze and understand past current performances, trends, opportunities, and misses in the Women’s/Men’s footwear category.
Work closely with the rest of the merchandising team for consistency in seasonal messages, cross-functional communication, and overall team development.
Effectively partner with other departments to represent Merchandising strategy and priorities.
Negotiate and push forward MD point of view on pricing, discount/promotion planning and liquidation.
[Requirements]
Over 5 Years of Merchandising experience
Superior fluency in excel and reporting skills
Ability to work with business reporting systems and order management tools.
Ability to present strategies and plans in a clear ‘executive friendly’ manner
Creativity and adaptability
