Luxury Goods & Jewelry company with stores in over 50 countries.
Work with the Retail department to determine merchandising strategies and product assortments that reflect brand vision, core customer, forecasted trends and opportunities in the market.
Monitor state of business including distribution, brand share, promotional effectiveness, and category trends as well as relevant competitive developments to further drive strategy of the brands.
Manage product development initiatives both on the base business and development.
Manage effective communication of plan internally to ensure all departments of the company understand the brand goals.
Over 5 years of experiences within a management role preferably in Luxury or consumer products
Strong understanding of the luxury business needs
Bilingual Japanese and Business English
