Our client is a multinational company specialized in healthcare. Headquartered in Europe, their business in Japan has steadily been growing year over year. With growth, they have added a new headcount for their finance team. They have partnered with us to find a Senior FP&A Analyst.

[POSITION]
Position: Senior FP&A analyst
Report: Directly to the finance controller, indirectly to the GM
Team: Controller + Accountant + FP&A (vacant)
Salary: 8-10M JPY/annum (total package)
Reason: New Headcount to develop/deepen their FP&A processes
Start: ASAP
Hiringprocess: Interview with GM and Finance Controller
Profile/tasks:
- FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, sales/trend analysis, market analysis, pricing, etc., support the monthly planning with/for the GM
- Systems: SAP R3 + Excel (pivot table, vlookup, macros) and ideally strong to make new templates/models
- Environment: need to adapt to fast-paced and continuously changing
- Communication: strong communicator and business English as they will need to routinely communicate with the local, APAC and HQ/European team
- Attitude: self-driven, proactive
