Lead/Support equity fundraising from private/growth equity funds, venture capitals, corporates, and individuals.
Lead/Support debt fundraising from Japanese/international financial institutions/DFI (Development Finance Institutions)/impact funds.
Support IPO preparation process in coordination with investment banks, lawyers, shareholder registration agencies, etc.
Leading the preparation of investor materials, including presentations and reports.
Supporting due diligence processes and legal documentation.
Assisting with discussions related to the equity story and communication with institutional investors, especially in the context of an IPO.
Collaborating with the firm and group company finance teams to optimize fundraising efforts.
Leading timely disclosures to existing shareholders and lenders, fostering transparent and trustworthy relationships.
Supporting the management of shareholder meetings.
Administration and Other Responsibilities:
Addressing inquiries from group companies.
Contributing insights in cross-functional team discussions, particularly from an investor relations and fundraising perspective.
Handling ad-hoc tasks to support other team members in Finance and IPO preparation.
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to establish necessary policies, processes, and controls.
Exploring opportunities for engagement with public market investors through information meetings via conferences, investment banks, and referrals.

A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in finance.
Preference for prior experience at professional firms like investment banks, private equity, FAS, or corporate planning roles in international financial institutions.
