Ensures proper production control and initiatives are consistent with Company and customer objectives, expectations and

Accountable for key metrics such as on time delivery, lead-time, inventory and other key performance indicators.

Manage improvement activities such as production efficiency, lead-time reduction, inventory reduction and balancing production
volume, machine capacity and human resource through S&OP process.

Responsible to provide timely and accurate commitments and respond (clearly & promptly) to the inquiries (expedites FA
and production order status, etc.)

Manage sub-contractors to meet Company’s strategic objectives

Report the production status, capacity and resource utilization, through-put, inventory including Work-in-Progress, backlog
status, and raw material requirements (S&OP meeting)

Maintain SAP/MRP system parameters and processes, generates and releases production orders, reschedules orders,
maintains work unit capacity plans and provide production forecasts.

Effective and accurate communication of the production plan with Production Team and Global planning team to meet on-time-delivery and
lead-time goals.


-Ensure proper purchasing activity to meet Company objectives and customer requirement.

-Accountable for the raw material inventory to meet Lead-time target.

-Manage sub-contractors and venders through proper contracts and audit to ensure risk mitigation and product quality.

Shipping (In- & Out-bound operation)

-Ensure smooth with Zero delay operation

Required knowledge, competency and experience:

-Business management experience and leadership in Supply Chain (Purchase, Production Control, In- & Out-bound operation)

-Business level of English is preferred

-Experience to use MRP in ERP (SAP) systems is plus

-Advanced level Microsoft Excel is plus


-5-7 year experience in Production Control or Production Planning Dept.

-4-year College or university degree in business, engineering, or materials management.Advantage to MBA holders.
