A prestigious name in the retail market is looking for a senior CRM candidate to lead a small team here in Tokyo.
- Lead and innovate all Japan’s CRM & clienteling activities from strategy building to execution, collaborating with all related parties, with exemplary leadership
- Lead revolution of Japan’s data-driven marketing, client analytics and CRM efforts.
- Manage overall CRM activities in line with the company’s business objectives and priorities
- Play the pivotal role for maximizing omni-channel and cross-platform client experiences & business opportunities across all client touch points
- Professionally and personally mature person, with excellent interpersonal skills
- A strong track record of work experience in CRM for retail business is essential, with minimum 10 years, including 5 years of directing his/own team(s), either/both in retail business or in CRM agency/consultancy
- Deep knowledge of database marketing, data-driven marketing, CRM
- Minimum 5-year experience of working in international business environment(s)
- Very strong English proficiency (in both speaking and writing)
