In collaboration with the manager and shared service team, the Human Resources Coordinator will manage employee life cycle activities to create a great employee experience in Tokyo. The incumbent will work in close partnership with the wider HR team to implement the HR strategies and initiatives for the offices in support of firm-wide goals and business plans.
Bachelor degree holder, ideally in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
At least 5 years of relevant experience in an international organization, law firm or professional services would be a plus
Well versed in understanding the local labor standards and labor management
Strong analytical skills and good with figures
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
