  • 5年以上の独立した人事ポジションでの経験(できればジェネラリストとしての職務)優れた判断力、慎重さ、成熟度を発揮できる能力があること

  • あらゆるレベルで優れたコミュニケーション能力を持ち、ファシリテーションやコーチングを通じて影響力を行使できること 急速に変化する環境下で優先順位を管理する能力を持ち、強い組織力を持つこと バイリンガルスキル(流暢な英語と日本語)。

  • 韓国語のスキルがあれば非常に有利。


US based FMCG company, is looking for a stand alone HR professional to manage both Japan and Korea offices.


  • First point of contact in all HR related matters for managers & employees

  • Drive the development needs of business units, including individual, team and organizational development

  • Working with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs identification

  • Leading recruitment projects


  • 5yrs+ experience in an independent HR position, preferably in generalist function

  • Strong ability in exercising good judgment, discretion and maturity

  • Excellent communication skills across all levels, and ability to influence through facilitation and coaching

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

  • Bi-lingual skills (Fluent English and Japanese). Korean language skills would be extremely advantageous
