[職務内容]
HRIS（SAP）を積極的に管理し、外部の給与計算プロバイダーを介して、2週間ごと、月ごと、オフサイクルの給与計算を処理します。また、契約書、ポリシー、雇用法などの雇用ガイドラインについて従業員にアドバイスを行います。
This role proactively manages the HRIS (SAP) and processes the fortnightly, monthly and off-cycle pay runs via the
outsourced payroll provider. The HR Specialist advises employees on employment guidelines including contracts, policies and employment legislation.

HR systems knowledge at immediate to expert level, SAP desirable
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational skills including ability to meet short deadlines
Ability to priorities effectively and focus on multiple tasks and requests
Ability to quickly build effective relationships, locally and across borders
Ability to use judgment, initiative and common sense to solve problems and find solutions
Ability to use deal with sensitive and confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
