A European luxury fashion brand is seeking to expand its HR function as it experiences rapid growth over the past 12 months. This role will be idea for an HR specialist you has a speciality in C&B and HRIS.
- Responsible for HR forecasting and budgeting, and periodic management information reports and analysis within tight timeframe
- Handle full spectrum of C&B operation including but not limited to HRIS data maintenance, benefits, insurances, taxation & payroll administration, leave attendance and related communication with employees
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys
- Provide daily operation support to HR team
- Experience in compensation and benefits, cost controlling, financial controlling
- Demonstrated working knowledge in HR policies, practices and employment laws.
