An international energy retailer is looking to bolster its sales force by hiring an experienced sales support/customer retention expert. This person will work closely with the sales team ensuring the highest level of customer support.
Responsibility of the Sales Support Manager is to provide support for activity that are generated through multiple sales channels (Door-to-Door, Telemarketing, Events, etc.). The department serves as a liaison between departments with third party vendors. The manager interfaces heavily with Operations and Compliance to ensure internal and external enrollment systems are functioning properly. This position requires a highly motivated and loyal candidate with solid analytic, process management, quantitative, and some technical skills to aid in the continued growth of the business.
2-3 years of sales support experience.
Fluent in both Japanese and English.
Energy, Telecom, or other deregulated market experience a plus.
Self-motivated. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
An understanding of how a CRM database works.
Proficiency with MS Office and can create presentations if needed.
