A large, global shopping and entertainment business is actively seeking and experienced recruiter to join their TA team.
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for delivering end to end sourcing and research support for a variety of market and functional specific roles up.
The Sr. Recruiter has no direct people management responsibility but will be responsible for providing guidance and mentoring to more junior members of the team.
• 6＋ years of passive candidate sourcing experience up to and including VP level searches delivering end to end sourcing strategies within an in－house or RPO environment.
• Candidate sourcing, market mapping and creating/maintaining talent pools
• Candidate identification via Boolean search strings/internet searching/job board mining/social networking
• Relevant market HR or Recruitment qualification
