Report: Accounting Manager
Team: Accounting Manager + 7x staff
Salary: 1,500-1,800 JPY/hour
Reason: Business growth
Start: ASAP, for a long-term assignment
Hiringprocess: 1x meeting with the Finance Manager and HR
- Support accounts payable function: employee travel & expenses, recording invoices, prepare payments to suppliers, verify policies/discounts/vouchers, prepare payment plans and proposals, etc.
- Support administrative function: customer service (phone and welcoming in-person/guest visits), various administrative/general affairs tasks (internal communication, document preparation, etc.).
