About the role:
Position-経理財務職(スタッフ～課長)
This is a new headcount. Since the team is stable (managers and assistant managers have been working for over 10 years), it allows the Finance Head to have flexibility to adjust this position which can be focused on accounting OR FP&A depending on candidates’ preference/experience.
Also, the position is permanent (正社員) but also has the option to have a 3-year direct contract (契約社員).
Location - Suita, Osaka
Role (職務内容):
・決算業務、財務諸表作成
・税務申告業務
・予実管理、取引先の与信管理
・事業計画の策定
・原価分析、原価管理
・米国本社へのレポート、打合せ(週 1~2 回程度)など

2FP&A(分析)に強みをお持ちの方

・英語力(ビジネスレベル)米国 CFO へのレポート業務で必要

・製造業経験
・SAP の使用経験
・原価分析、原価管理経験
