Responsibilities:
- Management Accounting
- Prepare financial reports of monthly forecast and actuals with analysis.
- Business Planning
- Prepare company’s mid-term plan (5years) and one-year budget including financials and non-financial KPIs
- Business Development
- Implementation of BI tools.
Qualifications:
- High level of Excel Skills
- Ability to prepare financial statements (BS, PL, CF), analyze, identify issues, and propose solutions.
- Documentation skills
- Japanese language is a must
