Role & Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable (OPEX - Invoice, T&E report) - supervises AP assistant but needs a good understanding of the process and can do it by oneself.
Monthly and annual closing reporting.
Support preparing budget & forecast.
Communication with HQ (F&A team and IT)
Other daily/temporary F&A related tasks
Requirements:
Over 5-10years daily and annual Finance & Accounting work
English TOEIC 600 - 700 or more
Experience in retail/wholesale business
Excel skill (middle class)
Good communication with co-workers and foreign people, both in Japanese and English.
Welcomed skills:
Experience working at a foreign luxury consumer goods company.
Experience and knowledge of tax-related.
Knowledge of database analysis and utilisation skills.
Problem-solving ability and logical thinking.
