Role Objective: As a finance expert, be a valuable business partner for the organization to make the right business decision at the right timing and at the same time protect the corporate asset as a gatekeeper.
Key Accountabilities / How You Will Spend Your Days
Preparation and creation of necessary materials and consulting services related to tax returns and tax audits, etc.
Cash flow management operations (including fund transfers via internet banking, etc.)
Accounts receivable management and invoice issuing operations (including related journal entries and checks)
Accounts payable management and various payment operations (including related journal entries and checks)
Preparation and creation of other journal entry and supporting documents for accruals, payroll, allowances, etc.
General monthly/quarterly/annual closing operations (including document preparation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, etc.)
Internal audit/financial audit support services
Participation in projects with other departments regarding various business improvements (including new system introduction, etc.)
Technical Knowledge and Skills
Approximately 5-8 years of accounting experience at a foreign company (3-5 years of tax experience is preferred)
Accounting knowledge such as CPA, BATIC, English accounting, bookkeeping (grade 2 or higher)
Basic business skills such as logical thinking and problem-solving techniques
Business-level English communication skills (reading, writing, and conversation)
PC skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, ERP software)
