[Responsibilities]
Planning & Analysis

Valuate and validate financial implications for any activities involving monetary impact

Develop a business case with project leads and propose it to the company management
Budget Control
- Monitor actual vs budget/forecast and identify risks and opportunities in a timely manner
Reporting
-
Responsible for the package (Actual and Plan) to the HQ following the group schedule and guideline

Distribute Controlling Reports regularly to those concerned model a new report as needs arise
[Requirements]
- Over 5 years of experience in controlling
- High communication and understanding ability, both in Japanese and English
- Business acumen and entrepreneurship
- Strong analytical skill
- Facilitation and project management (cross-functional) experience
