Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team: Communicate vision, set direction, standardize sales process, and monitor KPIs for efficient sales cycle.
  • Planning and process management skills for achieving goals from a medium to long-term perspective.
  • Smooth communication and self-expression skills with stakeholders.
  • Collaboration skills to work seamlessly with other departments/units.
  • Rapidly solve problems using hypothesis thinking alongside information analysis.
  • Conduct research on competitors, analyzing the components of their business model.
  • Manage the team to achieve agreed-upon goals.

Required Skills:

  • Over 3 years of experience in sales for financial institutions is a must.
  • Previous engagement with financial institutions
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the FX industry, including its customs and specialised knowledge.
  • Result and goal-oriented.
