Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Team Lead specializing in Web3 games to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a core member, you will be responsible for leading the marketing team, developing marketing strategies, planning and executing promotional activities, and managing projects in the exciting realm of blockchain gaming.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the international marketing team
- Develop marketing strategies and plan campaigns from start to finish
- Manage project schedules, personnel coordination, and various project-related tasks
- Collaborate with external projects and companies for joint promotions, proposing and executing plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and network with a wide range of stakeholders
- Foster strong communication and smooth collaboration with different departments
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing within an advertising agency or business company
- Excellent communication skills
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese
- Business-level proficiency in English
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in project management involving internal and external stakeholders, from development to operation
- Previous involvement in crypto projects and a solid understanding of the industry
- Extensive network within the crypto industry
- Proficiency in foreign languages (e.g., English, Chinese)
- Strong interest in blockchain games or personal experience as an avid gamer
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments
